These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Hup AI, Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Hup AI, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1.1 Application Process – You must submit an application via our affiliate platform (powered by Dub) with accurate, complete information.
1.2 Approval & Right to Refuse – We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our sole discretion without explanation.
1.3 Ongoing Eligibility – Approval may be rescinded if your activities violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our brand standards.
2.1 Commission Rate – You earn a 10% commission on the net purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks) for eligible purchases made by customers using your unique affiliate link.
2.2 Qualifying Purchases – Commissions apply only to purchases tracked by our system during the active cookie tracking period and not canceled, refunded, or disputed.
2.3 Exclusions – Commissions will not be earned on:
Transactions using your own affiliate link for personal purchases.
Orders canceled, refunded, or charged back.
Transactions from coupon/discount sites not pre-approved by us.
2.4 Multiple Affiliates – If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the commission is attributed to the affiliate whose link the customer clicked most recently before purchasing.
3.1 Tracking Method – We use cookies and/or other tracking methods provided by Dub to track referrals.
