These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Hup AI, Inc. Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Hup AI, Inc. (“Hup,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1.1 Application Process
To participate in the Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform, which is currently powered by Dub, or through any other affiliate platform we may use in the future. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the application process and throughout your participation in the Program.
1.2 Approval & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate from the Program at our sole discretion, with or without explanation.
1.3 Ongoing Eligibility
Your continued participation in the Program is subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, our brand standards, and any additional requirements communicated through our affiliate platform, dashboard, email, or other official Program channels.
2.1 Commission Rates and Rewards
Commission rates, referral rewards, bonuses, payout thresholds, payout timing, and any other compensation terms are determined by the applicable affiliate group, partner program settings, reward rules, and payout schedules configured by Hup AI, Inc. in Dub or any successor affiliate platform.
2.2 Subject to Change
All commission rates, referral rewards, bonuses, payout thresholds, payout schedules, and other compensation terms are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The applicable rate or reward for any qualifying purchase will be determined by the Program configuration in effect at the time the referral is tracked, attributed, approved, or otherwise recognized by us.
2.3 Qualifying Purchases
Commissions or rewards apply only to eligible purchases that are properly tracked by our affiliate platform during the active tracking period and that are not canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified under these Terms.
