Hup AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Hup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use our mobile application (the “App”), our camera device (the “Device”), Voice Mode features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Key Definitions
- Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you (or your household), directly or indirectly.
- Content includes snapshots, Voice Mode audio, transcripts, Video Exports, and other information you choose to provide through the Service.
- Video Exports are user-generated media exports created through the Service (for example, a video recording of a Voice Mode session).
2. What We Collect
We collect information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: email address, and optionally name or profile details you provide.
- Purchases & Billing: purchase history and transaction metadata. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe and/or app store providers). We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Support & Communications: messages you send to us and related details (such as attachments) when you contact support.
2.2 Information Collected From the Device
- Snapshots (Still Images): the Device captures still images (“snapshots”) from your space and transmits them to our servers over Wi-Fi to provide Service functionality (for example, task generation).
- Device & Diagnostic Data: Device identifiers, firmware version, connectivity status, logs, and performance metrics to maintain functionality, deliver OTA updates, and troubleshoot.
