We only collect what’s necessary to provide and improve the Service.

• Account Info: Your email, and optionally your name, when you create an account.
• Payment Info: If you purchase a device or subscribe, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. Hup never stores your full card details.
• Support Messages: If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (e.g., email, message content) to respond to your request.

1.2 From the Device

• Snapshots: The Hup device captures still images (not video or audio) from your space in order to generate tasks, alerts, or recommendations. These images are sent to our secure servers over Wi-Fi.
• Device Data: We collect device ID, firmware version, connection status, and usage metrics to ensure functionality and deliver software updates.

1.3 App Usage (Linked to Your Account)

We collect data on how you use the app—such as which features you interact with, your settings, and preferences. This information is tied to your user account (via email) and helps us personalize your experience, improve the Service, and troubleshoot issues.

We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to any third parties.
