Terms of Service for Hup AI, Inc.

Welcome to Hup, a service provided by Hup AI, Inc. ("Hup AI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hup mobile application ("App"), the Hup hardware camera device ("Device"), and related services, including any future features or integrations (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Overview of the Service

The Hup Service consists of a hardware camera device placed in your home to capture snapshot images, which are processed by our servers using artificial intelligence (AI) to generate organizational and chore-related tasks. These tasks are delivered to you via push notifications through the App. Images are screened for safety by an AI model before processing and are stored on our servers, with the option for you to delete them. The Device requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. You may purchase the Device through the App, and additional Devices beyond the first require a subscription to enable functionality. We may introduce new features or integrations with external services to enhance the Service, as described below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account through the App. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Device Usage

The Device is intended for personal, non-commercial use in your home to capture snapshot images for processing by the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring the Device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and has adequate power to operate.
You agree not to tamper with, modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Device in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4.2 Image Capture and Processing

The Device captures snapshot images, which are transmitted to our servers via your Wi-Fi connection for processing.
Images are first analyzed by an AI model to ensure they meet safety standards before being processed for task generation or other features.
We use AI to analyze images and generate organizational or chore-related tasks, which are delivered to you via push notifications. Additional features based on image content may be introduced in the future, as described in Section 5.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs, including tasks or other features, are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or complete.
