Welcome to Hup, a service provided by Hup AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Hup," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of: (a) the Hup mobile application (the "App"), (b) the Hup hardware camera device (the "Device"), and (c) any related services, software, features, content, and integrations we provide (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service consists of a hardware camera device placed in your home to capture snapshot images and an App that provides home organization, reminder, and related AI-powered features. The Service uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to analyze images and, if you enable Voice Mode, microphone audio and related session data to generate tasks, insights, responses, and other outputs that may be delivered through the App, including through push notifications.
The Service may include an optional voice-based experience ("Voice Mode"). Voice Mode allows users to interact with Hup using spoken input and AI-generated spoken responses. Voice Mode may also include optional recording or export features that allow you to save certain session content for later access.
The Device requires power and a Wi-Fi connection to operate. You may purchase the Device through the App, our website, or authorized sales channels. Some features may be free, and others may require a one-time purchase, subscription, or other payment, as described in these Terms and at the point of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account through the App. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
